2 (15 oz) Cans Black Beans
1 Cup Vegetable Broth
1/2 Cup Salsa
2 Tablespoons soy or almond milk
1 teaspoon FreshJax Smokey Southwest Seasoning (add more if you like it hot)
1/4 Small Red Onion, chopped
In a sauce pan mash one can of beans. Add the vegetable broth and remaining can of beans. Stir to combine. Simmer uncovered over medium-low heat for 15 minutes or until soup has thickened to desired consistency. Stir in salsa, soy milk, FreshJax Smokey Southwest Seasoning, and red onion. Simmer for 3 minutes or until all ingredients are warmed. Top with additional salsa, red onion, and FreshJax Tropical Heat Sauce.
