Water: We've all heard that we should drink more water, so what stops us? Keeping water with you in a refillable bottle can be a good reminder to drink up often. Choose a fun cup, mug, or bottle to motivate you to use it.
Tea: Tea can be a great alternative to soda. If you’re transitioning from caffeinated sodas, switch to green tea, which has a lower level of caffeine and may help ease headaches associated with caffeine withdraw. Decaffeinated fruit and herbal teas are a wonderful way to start or end the day.
Vegetable & Fruit Juices: For a boost of nutrition and flavor try fresh squeezed or pressed juices. You can make your own with a juicer or find them at many all-natural grocery stores. However, all juices are not equal, pre-packaged fruit and vegetable juices often contain added sugar, dyes, and flavors. Juice also looses nutritional value over time, so the fresher the juice the better!

Edamame: You can find edamame in the freezer section of your grocery store. Steam it at home and add your own sea salt on the side so you can control how much is added. Try new flavor combinations like sea salt with a dash of wasabi or lemon.
