Ingredients

6 chicken breasts ( sliced thinly)

1/2 cup apricot preserves

1 red bell pepper sliced into french cut ( strips cut long wise)

1/4 cup sliced yellow onion ( strips)

2 tsp lite soy sauce

1/4 cup chicken broth

1/4 tsp @freshjax Rosemary Lemon Herb & Citrus Sea Salt

1.5 cups all purpose flour

1 tbsp. garlic salt

1 tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp smoked paprika

3 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet or cast iron skillet. Sautรฉ 5 minutes.
Add garlic salt, paprika, and black pepper to flour in a large plate and combine together. Dredge chicken in flour, add another tbsp. of olive oil to skillet and add chicken. If adding all chicken at one time add 2 tbsp. of olive oil. Otherwise add other tbsp. when you remove first batch to fry more chicken.
Remove chicken and put aside.
In a small bowl whisk apricot preserves, soy sauce, chicken broth, and rosemary lime seasoning.
Add all the chicken back in skillet and pour sauce over chicken. Cover and let cook on low 15-20 minutes until chicken is no longer pink inside.
Garnish with chives. Serve and enjoy!
