1 lb chicken tenders
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flour
2 tsp FreshJax® Bold Bayou Cajun Seasoning
Oil for frying
Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for 1 hour.
Combine flour with FreshJax® Bold Bayou Cajun Seasoning.
Dredge chicken, shaking off excess, then fry at 350°F for 6–8 minutes until golden.
Serve with Cajun ranch dipping sauce (ranch + seasoning).
