I always love trying out new recipes and this is a great one! If you have never tried bibimbap then you must try this recipe. It's great for the whole family.
- Mixed veggies of choice (I used carrots and zucchini)
- Tofu or protein of choice
- FreshJax Organic Thai Spice
- FreshJax Organic Sriracha Hot Sea Salt (optional)
- Cooked Rice
- Sesame Oil
- Heat up mixed veggies in a pan.
- Fry tofu or other plant-based protein in a pan.
- Sprinkle with FreshJax Organic Thai Spice.
- For added heat, season with FreshJax Organic Sriracha.
- In a medium-sized bowl, add tofu, cooked rice, veggies, and sesame oil.
- Mix until well combined.
