Mixed veggies of choice (I used carrots and zucchini)
Tofu or protein of choice
1. Heat up mixed veggies in a pan.
2. Fry tofu or other plant-based protein in a pan.
3. Sprinkle with FreshJax Organic Thai Spice.
4. For added heat, season with FreshJax Organic Sriracha.
5. In a medium-sized bowl, add tofu, cooked rice, veggies, and sesame oil.
6. Mix until well combined.
