Ingredients

One bunch of broccolini (baby broccoli)
Olive oil
Grill Master Burger Blend
Citrus Pepper Blend
Lemon juice (optional)

Directions

Blanch broccolini by placing into boiling water for two minutes and transfer it directly into an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
Pat the broccolini dry, then toss in olive oil and both FreshJax seasonings.
Grill broccolini over an open flame at medium-high heat for about a minute or two until a beautiful char develops.
For added flavor, drizzle some lemon juice on the broccolini and enjoy!
