Maple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats are a great way to speed up your morning routine by making breakfast the night before.

FreshJax Maple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

  1. Combine 1 cup rolled oats and 1 cup non-dairy milk in a small bowl or jar.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp chia seeds and a pinch of sea salt.
  3. Mix in a dash of Maple Cinnamon and vanilla.
  4. Stir or shake to combine.
  5. Refrigerate overnight
  6. In the morning, top it with your favorite fresh fruits, nuts, and/or seeds and enjoy!
