Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

If you love the taste of spicy buffalo wings, check out this simple, healthy cauliflower version we created using just 5 ingredients!

Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower
1/2 cup almond flower
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp FreshJax Peppered Habanero Seasoning
1 tsp hot sauce + more for topping

Directions

  1. Preheat grill or oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wash and chop cauliflower into bite-size pieces.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients into a bowl and whisk together.
  4. Dip each piece of cauliflower into the batter and coat all sides.
  5. Transfer dipped cauliflower onto a baking sheet (oven) or cast iron skillet (oven or grill)
  6. Bake or grill for 30 minutes.
  7. Top with additional hot sauce and enjoy!
