A quick, one-pan fried rice loaded with shrimp, veggies, and warm Thai spice flavor.
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
½ lb shrimp, peeled
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp FreshJax® Organic Thai Spice Blend
1 egg, scrambled
1 cup mixed veggies
1 tbsp oil
Sauté shrimp with Thai Spice Blend until pink.
Add veggies, rice, and soy sauce.
Stir in scrambled egg; cook 2 mins.
Notes: Add a splash of lime for brightness.
