Wood Grilling Planks - Set of 4

These alderwood grilling planks add delicious flavor to grilled or baked food. Simply soak the plank(s) in water for up to 1 hour, put your protein on top (fish, chicken, tofu, etc.), add to preheated grill or oven, and cook until done. You can even reuse the planks a second time by flipping them over to the other side, if you wish.
