Ingredients

6 large eggs

½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or vegan alternative)

½ cup diced veggies (bell peppers, spinach, or onions)

2 tsp Brunch Life® Everything Bagel Seasoning
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a muffin tin.
Whisk eggs, cheese, and veggies in a bowl.
Pour into muffin tin and sprinkle with seasoning.
Bake for 18–20 minutes until set.
