At FreshJax, we pride ourselves on fast order fulfillment and dependable delivery. Over 99% of our orders arrive on time and without issue, and we work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are packed and prepared for shipment within a few hours of being placed.

In rare cases, order processing may take 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is on us for any order over $47 within the continental United States.

For orders under $47, we charge a low flat rate of $5.99, which helps cover a portion of our shipping and handling costs.

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or outlying islands, including American Samoa, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to addresses outside the United States.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We select the shipping carrier that best fits your order to ensure fast, reliable delivery. Most orders ship via USPS, and UPS may be used for larger or heavier shipments.

Allowing us to choose the carrier helps us ship orders quickly and efficiently while keeping costs low for our customers.

Shipping insurance (optional)

While shipping issues are uncommon, we understand that some customers prefer extra peace of mind. During checkout, you’ll have the option to purchase shipping insurance.

Please note:

  • Shipping insurance is optional
  • It is provided by a third-party service, not FreshJax
  • It helps protect your order in the rare event of loss, damage, or theft after shipment

The vast majority of orders arrive without any problems, but insurance is available if you’d like additional coverage.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

If your order has not arrived within 15 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@freshjax.com with your name and order number. We’ll gladly review the situation and assist however we can.
