2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp FreshJax® Citrus Pepper Seasoning

1 lemon, sliced

Optional: 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place cod fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Drizzle with olive oil and season with Citrus Pepper.
Top with lemon slices and optional breadcrumbs.
