Healthy, simple, and delicious—these Citrus Pepper Fish & Veggie Foil Packets combine tender fish fillets and fresh vegetables in one easy package. Infused with FreshJax® Citrus Pepper, they cook in just 20 minutes for a complete, no-mess meal ideal for busy nights or outdoor grilling.
Ingredients
4 white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
2 zucchini, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp FreshJax® Citrus Pepper Seasoning
4 sheets of foil
Optional: splash of white wine
Directions
Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place fish and vegetables on each foil sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Citrus Pepper.
Optional: add a splash of white wine for extra flavor.
Seal packets and cook 15–18 minutes until fish flakes easily.
