4 mahi-mahi fillets

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp FreshJax® Citrus Pepper Seasoning

1 cup diced mango

½ cup diced red onion

¼ cup chopped cilantro

1 tbsp lime juice
Directions
Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
Rub fish with olive oil and Citrus Pepper. Cook 4–5 minutes per side.
Mix mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice for salsa.
Serve mahi-mahi topped with mango salsa. Optional: swap mango for pineapple for a tangy twist.
