This dish will last up to a week in the fridge. The flavors are so delicious it might not even last you the full week!
1 (15 oz) can of chickpeas
2 tbsp of avocado mayo (Chosen Food)
1 scoop of Ancient Nutrition Turmeric Bone Broth (optional, but it gives it a boost of protein and turmeric flavor)
1 tbsp of FreshJax Organic Turmeric Yellow Curry
1/4 cup of plain yogurt (Siggi's Dairy is fantastic)
1/2 cup cilantro
3 small chopped green onions
Sprinkle of black pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
1. Drain and rinse chickpeas
2. Mash chickpeas
3. Add mashed chickpeas with the rest of the ingredients
4. Eat and enjoy just as is or add it to flatbread
