Ingredients

1 lb linguine

2 lbs littleneck clams

3 tbsp butter
-
4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup white wine
-
1 tsp Ghost Pepper Sea Salt

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Cook linguine until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add wine and clams, cover, and cook 5–7 minutes until clams open.
Toss pasta with sauce, add reserved water as needed, and season with Ghost Pepper Sea Salt.
Top with parsley before serving.
Recipe Note
Sauce Suggestion: White wine butter with lemon zest.
