Ingredients

3 cups cooked rice

1 tsp FreshJax Lemongrass powder

2 eggs
-
1 cup vegetables
-
2 tbsp oil
Directions
Scramble eggs in wok and set aside.
Add 1 tbsp of oil, vegetables and lemongrass into the pan at medium heat, and cook for 5 mins.
Add 1 tbsp of oil, stir in rice, and add back the eggs. Cook for 5 mins.
Serve warm.
