These skewers are fiery on their own, but add pineapple chunks for a sweet contrast. Easy dinner, big payoff.
1 lb chicken breast, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp FreshJax® Peppered Habanero Hot Grill Spice
Skewers
½ cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lime juice
½ tsp FreshJax® Citrus Pepper Herb Seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Salt to taste
Toss chicken with olive oil and FreshJax® Peppered Habanero Hot Grill Spice.
Thread onto skewers.
Grill 10–12 minutes, turning once.
In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, and FreshJax® Citrus Pepper Herb Seasoning.
Stir in garlic and cilantro until creamy.
Adjust to taste — add more citrus seasoning for zest or salt for balance.
Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
