Ingredients
12 oz elbow macaroni
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 tbsp FreshJax® Salt-Free Spicy Popcorn Seasoning
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute.
Gradually add milk, whisking until smooth and thickened.
Stir in cheese and FreshJax® seasoning until melted.
Combine sauce with pasta. For extra flavor, bake in a greased dish at 350°F for 15 minutes.
