This homestyle meatloaf gets a flavorful twist from FreshJax® Toasted Onion Seasoning. Juicy, tender, and rich with toasty onion notes, it’s comfort food done right. A family favorite that pairs perfectly with mashed potatoes and greens.
Ingredients
1½ lbs ground beef
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp FreshJax® Toasted Onion Seasoning
Directions
Mix all ingredients and shape into a loaf.
Bake at 375°F for 45–50 mins.
Brush with ketchup halfway through baking.
