How long will packing my order take?
Most orders are packed and processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays*) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
*During the holiday/high volume months (June-July and November-December) processing times make take longer*
How much will shipping for my package cost?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices vary depending on package weight and delivery location. Free shipping is offered for orders over $30 (excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and U.S. Virgin Islands). For now, we do not ship outside of the USA. We hope to be able to one day.
I live in Jacksonville, so can I skip the shipping costs?
Absolutely! You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 9000 Cypress Green Drive. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up after 24 Hours. We will send you an email or text confirmation when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am - 3pm Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will take care of you. Your orders are so important to us that we customize each solution based on the issue. Thank you for being so awesome!
