Ingredients
- 1 cold Mexican lager beer (like Modelo or Tecate)
- 1 large lime, Juice of
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes hot sauce (like Valentinas or Cholula)
- 4 oz Clamato juice (or tomato juice)
- 1 tbsp FreshJax Birria Seasoning
- 1 tbsp coarse sea salt, mixed together for the rim
- Ice cubes
Directions
- Mix the Birria seasoning and coarse sea salt together on a small, flat plate.
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of a large beer glass, then dip the rim into the spice-salt mixture to coat it completely.
- Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes.
- Pour in the fresh lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and Clamato juice. Stir gently to combine.
- Top off the glass slowly with the cold lager. Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy.
