4 catfish fillets
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp FreshJax® Bold Bayou Cajun Seasoning
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Brush catfish fillets with melted butter and coat with Bold Bayou Cajun Seasoning.
Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and flaky.
Serve with lemon-Cajun tartar sauce (mayo, lemon juice, seasoning, and relish).
