This New Orleans–style Po’ Boy piles spiced shrimp, crisp lettuce, and creamy Cajun mayo on toasted bread for a bold and satisfying bite.
Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp FreshJax® Bold Bayou Cajun Seasoning

4 hoagie rolls or baguettes

Lettuce and tomato slices
Directions
Toss shrimp with olive oil and FreshJax® Bold Bayou Cajun Seasoning.
Sauté over medium heat 3–4 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
Toast hoagie rolls, layer lettuce, tomato, and shrimp.
Whisk mayo, lemon juice, and 1 tsp seasoning for Cajun mayo; spread generously.
