Ingredients

4 cups diced potatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup sour cream

2 tbsp butter, melted

2 tbsp FreshJax® I’ve Got the Brunchies Seasoning
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix potatoes, cheese, sour cream, butter, and I’ve Got the Brunchies Seasoning.
Transfer to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve hot as a side or main brunch dish.
Optional toppings: parmesan, bacon, bread crumbs, green onions, jalapeno slices
