Perfectly seasoned with FreshJax® I’ve Got the Brunchies for a wholesome brunch option.
1 zucchini, sliced
1 bell pepper, diced
½ onion, chopped
1 cup spinach
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp FreshJax® I’ve Got the Brunchies Seasoning
Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
Add zucchini, bell pepper, and onion; sauté 5–7 minutes.
Stir in spinach and I’ve Got the Brunchies Seasoning; cook until wilted.
Serve warm with eggs or toast.
Optional toppings: cheese, cilantro, parsley, green onions, caramelized onion, avocado, bacon, ham, chorizo, jalapeno, toasted pumpkin seeds.
