Campfire Angel Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, halved

  • 3 tbsp mayo

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1 tsp FreshJax Campfire Smokey Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Slice hard-boiled eggs in half and remove yolks to a bowl.

  2. Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, and FreshJax® Campfire Smokey Sea Salt until smooth.

  3. Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.

  4. Sprinkle lightly with extra seasoning if desired.
