Turn a classic favorite into a smoky sensation. This mac and cheese pairs perfectly with BBQ, burgers, or just a spoon and good company.
1 lb elbow macaroni
4 tbsp butter
¼ cup flour
3 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp FreshJax® Campfire Smokey Sea Salt
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and whisk in flour; cook 1 minute.
Slowly add milk, whisking until smooth and thickened.
Stir in cheddar cheese and FreshJax® Campfire Smokey Sea Salt until melted.
Combine with pasta, toss well, and serve hot.
