A quick and refreshing dish bursting with bold campfire seasoning. Great on its own, as a taco topping, or alongside grilled favorites.
Ingredients

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

½ cup diced red bell pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp FreshJax Campfire Smokey Sea Salt
Directions
In a large bowl, combine black beans, corn, and diced red bell pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with FreshJax® Campfire Smokey Sea Salt.
Toss gently to coat. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
