1 zucchini, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp FreshJax Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Toss zucchini, bell pepper, and onion in olive oil and FreshJax® Jamaican Jerk Seasoning.
Grill 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
