This jerk salmon bowl brings a fiery Caribbean kick to your lunch routine. Easy to make and full of fresh ingredients—it’s comfort food with a vibrant twist.
4 salmon fillets
2 tbsp FreshJax Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups cooked rice
Steamed broccoli, sliced avocado for serving
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Rub salmon fillets with olive oil and FreshJax® Jamaican Jerk Seasoning.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until flaky.
Serve over cooked rice with steamed broccoli and sliced avocado.
