These shrimp tacos bring a Caribbean twist to taco night. Fresh, colorful, and irresistibly flavorful—they’re ready in minutes and gone even faster.
Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

1 ½ tbsp FreshJax Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup mango salsa (mango, red onion, cilantro, lime)
Directions
Toss shrimp in olive oil and FreshJax® Jamaican Jerk Seasoning until evenly coated.
Sear in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
Warm tortillas, then fill with shrimp and top with mango salsa. Serve immediately.
