Ingredients

3 ripe plantains, sliced thin

2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

1 tsp FreshJax Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

½ cup coconut yogurt or whipped cream (for dipping)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Toss sliced plantains in melted coconut oil and FreshJax® Jamaican Jerk Seasoning.
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake 15–18 minutes, flipping once.
Serve warm with coconut yogurt or whipped dip.
