A drizzle of honey and a touch of jerk seasoning turn grilled pineapple into pure island magic. Simple, light, and unforgettable.
1 fresh pineapple, cut into spears or rings
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp FreshJax Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
1 tbsp honey (optional for drizzling)
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Combine brown sugar and FreshJax® Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, then sprinkle over pineapple pieces.
Grill 3–4 minutes per side until caramelized.
Drizzle with honey before serving.
