Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple, cut into spears or rings
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp FreshJax Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- 1 tbsp honey (optional for drizzling)
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Combine brown sugar and FreshJax® Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, then sprinkle over pineapple pieces.
Grill 3–4 minutes per side until caramelized.
Drizzle with honey before serving.
