4 halibut fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tsp FreshJax® Citrus Pepper Seasoning
Optional: 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Mix breadcrumbs with Citrus Pepper (and optional Parmesan).
Brush halibut fillets with olive oil and press breadcrumb mixture on top.
Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and fish flakes easily.
