The light, flaky fish seasoned with FreshJax® Citrus Pepper pairs beautifully with shredded cabbage and pico de gallo. Ready in just 25 minutes, they’re a crowd-pleasing, high-protein meal your family will love.
1 lb white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or mahi-mahi)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp FreshJax® Citrus Pepper Seasoning
8 small tortillas
1 cup shredded cabbage
½ cup salsa or pico de gallo
Optional: avocado slices or lime crema
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub fish with olive oil and Citrus Pepper.
Bake 12–15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
Break fish into chunks and assemble tacos with tortillas, cabbage, and salsa.
