Steam cauliflower florets until soft.
Blend steamed cauliflower with butter and garlic until smooth and creamy; season lightly with salt and pepper.
Pat pork chops dry and season with FreshJax® Citrus Pepper Herb Seasoning
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear pork chops 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through (145°F internal).
Serve pork chops on a bed of cauliflower mash.
