Ingredients

1 lb rainbow or baby carrots, peeled

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp FreshJax® Daring Dunes® Hot Harissa Seasoning (or more to your heart’s desire!)

½ tsp sea salt

Directions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss carrots with olive oil, Harissa seasoning, and sea salt until evenly coated.
Spread on a lined baking sheet.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
