Ingredients
- 2 heads of cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1 Tbsp. dried dill
- 1 Tbsp. FreshJax Citrus Pepper seasoning
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a large baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper for easy clean up.
Chop cauliflower into bite size pieces and put them in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, combine and whisk together the remaining ingredients.
Add the liquid to the cauliflower and stir well to coat each piece.
Lay coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, stirring half way through.
