This Garlic Herb Chicken Parm is oven-baked to golden perfection, using a seasoned breadcrumb coating that features FreshJax® Garlic Herb Seasoning as the star ingredient. By skipping the deep fryer and focusing on herb-forward aromatics, the natural sweetness of the tomato sauce and the creaminess of the melted mozzarella really shine. It’s crispy, cheesy, and completely guilt-free.
Good to Know: For an extra-crispy crust without frying, try "pre-toasting" your seasoned breadcrumbs in a dry pan for 2–3 minutes before coating the chicken. This gives you that deep golden color and crunch straight out of the oven.
4 chicken breasts
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp FreshJax® Garlic Herb Seasoning
1 cup marinara sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Coat chicken with breadcrumb and Garlic Herb mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Top with marinara and cheese, then bake 5 minutes more.
