1 large sweet potato, roasted & mashed
1/4 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup almond flour
1 ½ tsp FreshJax Grill Master® Organic Burger Seasoning
Olive oil (for pan-frying)

Vegan Option: 1/4 cup unsweetened dairy-free yogurt or vegan mayo
Non-Vegan Option: 1/4 cup regular Greek yogurt or classic mayo

1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)
1–1½ tsp FreshJax® Bold Bayou Cajun Seasoning
1–2 tbsp water (to thin, as needed)
Optional: 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or green onion

In a medium bowl, combine mashed sweet potato, quinoa, almond flour, and FreshJax® Organic Burger Seasoning. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Shape into 3–4 patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil.
Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and crisp.

Scoop avocado into a blender or small food processor.
Add your chosen yogurt/mayo, lemon juice, and Bold Bayou Cajun Seasoning.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
Stir in fresh herbs if using. Taste and adjust seasoning.
