Smoky, charred, and surprisingly hearty — these grilled cauliflower steaks are a flavorful, plant-powered main dish that shines with bold, savory depth from FreshJax® Organic Burger Seasoning.
Drizzle with a Garlic Pepper Ranch made with VamPepper® Garlic Pepper Seasoning for a creamy, zesty finish — your choice of vegan or classic dairy.
1 large head cauliflower, sliced into 1-inch steaks
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp FreshJax Grill Master® Organic Burger Seasoning
Vegan Option: 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise + 1/4 cup unsweetened dairy-free yogurt
Non-Vegan Option: 1/4 cup regular mayonnaise + 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 ½ tsp FreshJax® VamPepper® Garlic Pepper Seasoning
1 tsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1–2 tsp water (optional, to thin)
Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Brush both sides of each cauliflower steak with olive oil.
Sprinkle Organic Burger Seasoning generously on each side.
Grill for 4–5 minutes per side, or until charred and fork-tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together your chosen mayo and yogurt, VamPepper® Garlic Pepper Seasoning, and lemon juice.
Add water gradually if a thinner drizzle consistency is desired.
Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving.
