Paired with a creamy Citrus Pepper Herb Ranch Dip made with zesty FreshJax® Citrus Pepper Herb Seasoning, this recipe is grill-ready, picnic-approved, and bursting with herby brightness.
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, halved
1 red onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp FreshJax Grill Master® Organic Burger Seasoning (or more to your heart’s desire!)
1/2 cup unsweetened vegan mayo or dairy-free yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
1 ½ tsp FreshJax® Citrus Pepper Herb Seasoning
1–2 tsp water (to thin, optional)
Optional: 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley or dill
In a large bowl, toss chopped veggies with olive oil and Organic Burger Seasoning until evenly coated.
Thread onto skewers.
Grill over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until veggies are tender and lightly charred.
In a small bowl, whisk together vegan mayo (or yogurt), lemon juice, and Citrus Pepper Herb Seasoning.
Add water gradually to thin to a dipping consistency, if desired.
Optional: Stir in fresh parsley or dill.
Chill for 10–15 minutes to enhance flavor.
