3 medium Yukon gold potatoes, cut into wedges
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 ½ tsp FreshJax Grill Master® Organic Burger Seasoning
1/2 cup unsweetened vegan mayo or dairy-free yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
1 ½ tsp FreshJax® VamPepper® Garlic Pepper Seasoning
1–2 tsp water (to thin, optional)
Optional: 1 tsp chopped parsley or chives
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with avocado oil and FreshJax® Organic Burger Seasoning until evenly coated.
Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
In a small bowl, whisk together vegan mayo (or yogurt), lemon juice, and VamPepper seasoning.
Add water gradually to thin to dipping consistency, if needed.
Stir in chopped parsley or chives if using.
Chill for 10 minutes to let flavors meld.
