Ingredients

4 bell peppers, halved + seeds removed

1 lb ground beef or turkey

1 cup cooked rice

1 can diced tomatoes

2 tsp FreshJax® Italian Herb Seasoning

1 cup shredded mozzarella
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a skillet, brown meat and stir in rice, diced tomatoes, and Italian Herb seasoning.
Spoon filling into halved bell peppers, top with mozzarella.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese melts.
