1 onion, diced

2 carrots, diced

2 celery stalks, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 can diced tomatoes

4 cups veggie broth

1 cup small pasta (ditalini)

1 can cannellini beans

Directions
Heat olive oil in a large pot; sauté onion, carrot, celery, and garlic until soft.
Add diced tomatoes, veggie broth, and Italian Herb; simmer for 15 minutes.
