Ingredients

4 salmon fillets

1 tsp FreshJax Lemongrass powder

1.5 tbsp avocado oil (optional: peanut or grapeseed oil)

Salt (optional: FreshJax Ghost Salt)

1 tbsp of Lime juice

1 tbsp Brown sugar (optional)
Directions
Combine oil, juice, lemongrass, and optional brown sugar.
Coat salmon with the mixture.
Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes.
Serve warm.
