Garlic and FreshJax Lemongrass combine to create a refreshing, fragrant seafood dish in minutes.
Ingredients

1 lb shrimp
-
1 tsp FreshJax Lemongrass powder

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp oil
-
1 tbsp Lime Juice
-
1 tbsp Honey
-
Salt to taste (optional: FreshJax Ghost Pepper Salt)
Directions
Heat oil, lime juice and honey to cook the garlic on medium heat for 3 mins.
Add shrimp and FreshJax Lemongrass powder.
Stir-fry at 2 mins per side at medium to high heat until the shrimp turns pink (make sure to add the shrimp in a single layer, don’t crowd).
Serve with rice or noodles.
