1 ½ cups gluten-free oats
1 banana, mashed
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp FreshJax Maple Cinnamon Dessert Topping Organic
Nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Pour into a greased 8x8 dish and bake for 25–30 minutes.
Let cool slightly before slicing.
Sprinkle with nuts before serving.
